Session: The Relationship Advantage: A Keystone Relationship Strategy to Build Trust, Influence, and Impact for Women in Tech
Strong technical skills may open the door, but relationships determine what happens next. In today’s fast-moving tech environments, women often navigate complex dynamics—cross-functional teams, high-stakes decisions, difficult stakeholders, and environments where influence matters as much as expertise.
In this session, Dr. Kim Strickland introduces the Keystone Relationship Strategy, a practical, people-first framework grounded in real-world project leadership and original doctoral research on stakeholder engagement. Attendees will learn how to build trust intentionally, communicate with clarity and confidence, navigate friction without burnout, and influence outcomes even without formal authority.
Through relatable stories and proven tools, participants will walk away with actionable techniques they can apply immediately—improving collaboration, strengthening visibility, and accelerating both project success and career growth. Whether you lead teams, manage products, deliver technical solutions, or are growing your career, this session provides a roadmap for thriving through stronger human connection.
